1General Terms & Conditions

Casinode is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you are participating in gaming activities voluntarily, knowingly, and solely for personal entertainment.

Casinode reserves the right to update its Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

2Account Registration

To open an account on Casinode, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

Each member may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all accounts will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Your correct name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided at registration
• Minimum age is 18 — a national ID may be requested for age verification
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Casinode offers convenient payment options for members in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. If bonus funds are present in your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• No processing fee on deposits
• A processing fee of up to 1% may apply on withdrawals
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification
• A maximum of three withdrawal requests may be made per day

4Bonus Policy

Casinode offers a variety of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bets, and cashback. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires 15–30x wagering
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days
• Casinode reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If promotional abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited

5Betting Rules

There are a few ground rules to follow when betting on Casinode. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so make sure to review all details before placing it.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time of confirmation are final
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error may be voided
• Accumulator bets combining multiple events are allowed
• The maximum Sports Betting win limit is ৳20,00,000 per day

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinode. Any member found engaging in them will have their account permanently closed.

• Strategic abuse of the bonus system
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to hack games or the betting system using software or bots
• Providing false information to mislead customer support

7Account Suspension Policy

Casinode may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)

8Responsible Gaming

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• You may request to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms
